Good times

What seems a lifetime ago, in August 2009, a friend and I holidayed in Dorset for a week. We had a vague plan to go out and take photos of as much of the Jurassic Coast as we could manage.

It’s now fifteen years ago, but the memory remains fresh. We took loads of photos between us, thanks to the miracle of digital photography. We were blessed with some great weather, too.

An early morning visit to Durdle Door.

We decided to head for Lulworth and Durdle Door, really early one morning. It was a fair drive from where we were staying, but we wanted to be there as soon after sunrise as we could manage, so it was a really early start. The memories of that day are still fresh.

Flick through the album on Durdle Door. If you enjoy it, you can visit my Flickr photostream for the whole Dorset collection, where there are also albums of Lulworth and the nearby Stair Hole. You’ll also find a link to my friend’s album of images.
